Warranty
The warranty duration for all machines and components is 2 years.
Additionally, lifetime technical support is provided at no cost.
In the event of any quality failures within the warranty period that can be easily repaired, we will supply replacement parts free of charge. We will also provide step-by-step guidance on how to replace and repair through pictures and videos. However, if the issue proves to be unfixable, we will promptly send you a new machine as a replacement, without any cost to you.

Depending on the model, estimated shipping times go from 4 weeks to 2 months.
Each hyperbaric is delivered curbside. If you have ordered a hard hyperbaric chamber you’ll need to arrange a forklift to unload the wooden boxes from the truck
However, please note that these estimated shipping times are subject to change or variation without prior notice due to various factors, such as supply chain issues, delays in production, high demand for shipping services.
- RETURN:
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return the item within 7 days of receiving it, as per our 7-day return policy. Once we receive the returned item, your payment will be refunded to you, with the deduction of the shipping cost. Please note that you will be responsible for paying the shipping cost and any applicable custom duties for the return. Please do not return an item without contacting Fast Recovery Wellness first.
