Warranty
Fast Recovery Wellness, in partnership with Dundalk LeisureCraft Inc., provides a comprehensive warranty for our saunas against defects in materials and workmanship under normal residential use for a period of five (5) years from the date of receipt by the original end-user consumer.
Exclusions:
- This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear or damage caused by natural weather conditions.
- Regular maintenance, including but not limited to tightening bands on the barrels, cleaning, and staining the sauna, is not covered under this warranty. For detailed maintenance guidelines, please refer to your sauna assembly manual.
- Misuse or negligence is not covered under this warranty, and the manufacturer, as well as associated retailers, shall not be liable for any injury or damage resulting from the use of the product.
Warranty Limitations:
- This warranty is limited to parts only. Any service or labor costs incurred for repairs are not included in the five-year warranty coverage.

Order Changes & Returns
Order Cancellation Policy
- Within 14 Days of Order Placement: Orders can be canceled without penalty.
- After 14 Days: A $65 cancellation fee will apply (item #: ORDCAN).
- Within 7 Days of Shipping Date: Orders cannot be canceled.
- Canadian Timber Collection Orders: Dealers have 24 hours from order entry to cancel for a $65 cancellation fee (item #: ORDCAN). After 24 hours, cancellations will not be permitted.
Order Change Policy
- Within 14 Days of Order Placement: Changes or edits to the order can be made without penalty.
- After 14 Days: A $65 change/edit fee will apply (item #: ORDCHA).
- Within 7 Days of Shipping Date: Orders cannot be edited or changed.
- After Shipping: If a change to the "ship-to" address is required, a $250 fee will apply (item #: ADDCHANGE).
- Canadian Timber Collection Orders: Dealers have 24 hours to make changes for a $65 change fee (item #: ORDCHA). No changes will be accepted after this period.
Return Policy
- Standard Return Policy: Due to high cross-border shipping costs, we do not accept returns.
