Shipping & Delivery Information
Free Curbside Delivery
We offer curbside delivery via freight to the 48 contiguous states. The freight carrier will contact you 24 to 48 hours before delivery to schedule a delivery appointment (Monday–Friday) with a 4-hour time window.
To ensure a smooth process, the carrier must speak with you before delivery—shipments will not be completed without confirmation. Please note that shipping times are estimates and may be affected by factors such as weather, transit delays, and carrier availability. Last-minute scheduling changes may occur, as delivery logistics are managed by the freight carrier.
Your sauna will arrive in one or more boxes (depending on the model), securely strapped to a pallet. Deliveries are made using a 53-foot semi-truck with a single driver, who will unload the pallet to your curbside or driveway only. If you have special delivery considerations (e.g., remote locations, long driveways, low-hanging trees, apartment complexes, or stair access), please contact us before shipping to discuss arrangements.
Upon delivery, we ask that you inspect the boxes immediately for any visible damage. If you notice minor scratches, dents, or scuff marks, note them on the delivery receipt before signing. You do not need to open the boxes to inspect the sauna.
The freight carrier will place the shipment in a carport or first-floor entryway, provided there are no access restrictions. Please verify that the box dimensions allow for entry through your doorways. Assembly is designed to be quick and straightforward, typically taking 30 to 45 minutes depending on the model. Easy-to-follow assembly instructions are included with your sauna.
